The Pocket Elephant

Mary's elephant lived in her coat pocket - it was a big pocket and a small elephant! The elephant reads about wild elephants who live in the jungle and play with lions and tigers, and decides to explore the world. The long grass in the garden is funand the mouse eating daisies is friendly, but in the dark he meets bigger creatures that are not at all friendly. The frightened elephant is pleased when help comes and he can find his way back to Mary and her pocket.
